Pricing covers fuel, and safety equipment. CAPTAIN GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED (15-20% suggested.) Compliance with Laws: All passengers are required to follow all applicable state and local laws while on board. Safety First: Guest safety is our number one priority. It is crucial that all passengers follow all instructions and orders given by the Captain at all times. No Glass Policy: Absolutely no glass containers of any kind are permitted on the vessel. Children’s Life Jacket Requirement: In accordance with the law, children under the age of 12 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard Approved (USCGA) life jacket at all times while on the vessel. Inherent Risks / Release of Liability: Boating and water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, and dismemberment. By boarding the vessel, all passengers acknowledge and accept these risks regardless of fault and agree to hold harmless the Company, its owners, operators, employees, agents, affiliates, and associated parties from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the charter. Captain’s Authority: The Captain has full authority to maintain safety on board. At any time, the Captain may require a passenger to disembark immediately if, in the Captain’s sole discretion, the passenger’s behavior threatens the safety of the Captain, the vessel, or other passengers. Refunds: 100% if more than 48 hours before booking time. 50% if more than 24 hours before booking time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE BOOKING TIME. By boarding the vessel, all passengers acknowledge and agree to follow this policy.
